So many people I run into think they’ve got boundary setting figured out. They have all the answers they need. Yet…. I promise you that you have areas of your life where you don’t have boundaries that you enforce.
Enforcing a boundary is what MAKES it a boundary. Otherwise it’s just a suggestion.
