This course is designed to help when you are between that “rock and a hard space” and you simply have no choice but to go with what you have, as hard as you can.

Many predatory situations put you right here despite all of the boundary setting, awareness, and good intentions you may have. In spaces close enough that response time is paramount. The reason? Because predators are very good at what they do and you have to be on your game 100% of the time—they only have to get it right once.

Extreme Close Quarters tools range from biting, clawing, and pinching to elbows, knees, and butting. This course is about learning to do those well and in the right space for the greatest outcomes.
